marie antoinette style

hi everyone, last night i was just seen to a video of celine dion from the song immortality. and you know what??? i found her with the stunning dress, just like marie antoinette style... but the sleeve was cover all the arm. that's why it look different and amazing... i hope it could be one of my gear on the wedding day... because it's too much AMAZING. . .
unfortunately, the picture of her was difficult to find... here's the one and only...

I dream this

yesterday, i searched something just to spend my spare time. here i found some incredible things that would fulfill my mind for few days ahead. it's a javanese tradition. and i'm dreaming on use them in my big day, its a MATRIMONY day. you know, as i posted before, the tradition in celebrating the wedding consist of 3 ritual. the first is MALAM PACAR, and the second is AKAD NIKAH. in akad nikah the bride usually uses a kebaya. and the hair are done with KREASI BARU style.

i, personally dont really like KREASI BARU so much. i'd prefer with original style from keraton. but, it doesnt mean that i reject the KREASI BARU. here i want to show you some of my choice, all are ORIGINAL style.

it seems so natural and so "SOLO" as it from solo., central java - indonesia. but the i dont know what's the name, but i call it with "sunduk mentul" doesnt seem so ancient. but, that look are AWESOME. i love it!!

 the bride was using the PADANG STYLE but i dont know it's exactly a padang or a minang. i'm not a padang but i interested on that style. but the photos i posted above is a KREASI BARU. the original style is not like it. (the photos taken from kapanlagi.com n detik.com)

it's an original minang style. it comes at goldish colour and very big. the surface is curving just like rainbow. the clothes are thick and contains with gold colour.

i searched on padang style, but i dont know the diffference between them. so better i dont post here, because the look is just the same. actually, in here, there are many option of original wedding outlook but, my choice are just:

jogja style my sister used this style as her wedding outlook, i will not appear the same to her :)

solo style

padang/minang style, this is too heavy for my head, so better i dont use this.

sunda style the crown seemed so big, it will make my face comes smaller :) hihihi

bugis style a big NO for this style.

the rest is i dont like it!

soooo.... here's the choosen one... SOLO STYLE.

and, happily i found the closest style to my dream. it's on marcella's reception.

the kebaya was awesome. so ancient and amazing... the jarik was also great with black beads on the wiru. the make up, sunduk mentul, giwang, and stagen was totally perfect! i'd like to imitate her on my akad nikah :) (the photos were taken from kapanlagi.com and ceritamu.com)

so, dear reader, i've shown you my dream. wasnt it great? btw, here i will post some kreasi baru things that i liked before. but now? bye bye kreasi baru. but, still i admire it.

it's on chintya lamusu's akad nikah. simple hair do with melati only. and the melati was created the same on jogja/solo style. i like it! and it's glamour in my view.

the cleopatra wedding theme

i'm not about talking my own tradition on celebrating the wedding. but, it's actually has 3 step until we offficially married. it's not a must since it's just a tradition. not a relegious ritual. and here i have my own dream on celebrating the "MALAM PACAR", it's just like gathering among women, and the music will beat as loud as it possible, then some of the girls will dance with belly dance. usually, the bride-wanna-be will use an indian dress with indian style of hair do and make up. but, lately as the time grows, they are now using a gown with a simple touch of indian accent and just strong make up and hair do.
here i reveal about my own dream. it's cleopatra theme. that will be extremely outstanding in my mind. it will be hilarious, as we know that it's strange and not every people even thought about that. so i searched the MAKE UP LOOK, here i found it some.

seems like it's a nowadays cleopatra make up look. the blending colour seemed great but i didnt get the feel on that picture.

i like it. because the eyeshadow contains at least 2 colour (blue and yellow). but for me it's too strong and didnt blend well, the colour stand strong without mixed. so i'll definitely reject this.

you know. it's great. the colour blended well. the lipstick is great, i love it. but the eyes appears with one colour only. :)

anna hathaway on cleopatra outlook. what do you think?
